Any active employee, manager, or administrator with an account. All plans include unlimited users — you pay a flat monthly fee based on the features and locations you need, not per head.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time from your billing settings. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
If you need more locations, managers, or pay groups than your plan allows, you'll be prompted to upgrade. There are no surprise overage fees.
